---osteophytes (bone spurs)

---Heberden's nodes (DIP)

Risk Factors:
1) age
2) obesity
3)  joint deformity

Symptoms:

PAIN in weight-bearing joints after prolonged use, that improves by the REST.

Disease is NONinflammatory.

No systemic symptoms.
