Nephrotic syndrome

When this is a lot of proteins in the urine, patient develop Nephrotic syndrome:
- proteinuria > 3 g per day
- hypoalbuminemia
- peripheral edema
- hypercoagulobility
- hyperlipidemia
Most common cause of nephrotic syndrome worldwide is minimal change disease
